We believe it is important to work collaboratively with the design team from the initial stages prior to construction on site to ensure the design requirements are understood and the construction phase is planned so we can undertake the works safely and efficiently, raising any design queries or information gaps in the early stages of the project to provide enough time to resolve and implement the solutions at the correct stage of the programme.

Aware of the impact a construction programme can have on a business and its operations, our team have experience of working in occupied buildings and delivering phased completion projects to suit the needs of the client. In addition to the impact a project can have on the building being refurbished, it can also impact on the local neighbours – our process is to have an open line of communication with the neighbours / occupants that may be affected by the proposed works keeping them updated with weekly liaison meetings and newsletters during the course of the works.

Our priority is to achieve the clients goals in the most efficient manner with time, cost and quality ever present in our mind.
